1. How old were you when you first stepped on a boat? When I first stepped on a boat it was my uncle’s 33ft SeaRay motor cruiser when I was about 11, then did a competence certificate at the RYA aged 15 for small boats, and the first time I went on sailing yacht was in 2005 at a work regatta in the Isle of Wight, UK. On moving to Sydney in 2006 I learned to sail properly, and did my first Sydney to Hobart on DHL in 2007. Few more miles covered since then... decided to try Lasers a few years ago for a change.
2. If money (and sailing ability) were no limit, what boat would you buy? With no limits... would probably buy a J Class classic yacht or a new Laser.
